" Normally I try and give someone a “test drive” before I recommend their service/product to family and friends. I am very particular about my reputation and am aware of the influence that comes with it. To say my father in-law is “particular” is a gross understatement. A Marine Vietnam Vet, retired OTR truck driver, investment property owner, and 70+ years of life experience has gifted him with a firm mind and decisive actions. When Steve wants something done a certain way, either he finds someone to do it, or he does it himself. When the time came for him and his wife to look for a home here in Cincinnati for them to move to from the Minneapolis area, I knew that what ever Realtor took on my in-laws for clients would need patience, understanding, and plenty of grace to give. Kameron Wilson took on this monumental task and knocked it out of the park. Months before Steve and Kathy were planning to visit to look at home, and before any face to face meeting, Kameron worked with them on setting search criteria and started sending them listings via email to start the process. Within a few months, the time had come for Steve and Kathy to come visit in the beginning of June. Kameron set aside PLENTY of time for them, taking them to multiple listings, some even multiple times, as Steve’s proclivities and particularities had them bouncing all over Clermont County over a 13 day timespan. Eventually Kameron found a FSBO that checked a lot of boxes on Steve’s list. Within a few hours on their last night before Steve and Kathy’s departure back to Minneapolis, their offer on the Batavia home was accepted. Aware that his new clients had never done a virtual closing before, Kameron took the time to work with my in-laws to connect them with a Realtor in the Minneapolisarea to sit with them during the closing. Once closed, again, 98% of Realtors would be cashing their check and asking for referrals. You know what Kameron was doing? He was helping them plan and schedule the across 5 state move. Doing the closing walk through, picking up keys, and making sure everything was set for when they arrived to Batavia this afternoon. All Kameron had left to do was show up with the closing gift and some business cards. He did that today, but not until he and two of his daughters helped us unpack a 26 foot Uhaul I had just spent the night driving From Minneapolis to Batavia. Now, I don’t want to commit him to helping every one of his clients unload their moving vehicles, but Kameron is the kinda guy who will to provide that unprecedented level of service no matter the time it takes. Kameron is the realtor you want on your side of the table. Give him your business, I can PROMISE you that it will be your best choice of champions to go through the buying and selling process on a property. "
